Mr. and Mrs. Morgan

Learning Days was established in the home of Charles and Shiketa Morgan in  Ferguson, Missouri  December 27, 1998.

Mr. and Mrs. Morgan moved to Georgia on October 5, 2018 with a dream to expand Learning Days into a new city after operating in St. Louis for over 24 years. That dream became a reality in March 2021 when we signed the lease on our Kennesaw, GA location. Our dream is to continue to grow Learning Days in surrounding communities in Atlanta.

We have been married for 29 years and we have 7 children together and we lost count of how many grandchildren that we have.  We are members of Word of Faith Church in Atlanta Georgia and the order of our life is God, Family and Business!

Mrs. Morgan currently is the Executive Director of the Atlanta Location and is passionate about providing a high quality and early care experience for young children.  She Works closely with the Center Director, plans for center events and loves to connect with the staff/parents daily. Mrs. Morgan loves to visit every classroom everyday to inspire the teachers and to give a big Hug to the children.  

Mrs. Morgan has a Business Degree in Business Arts, with 30 semester hours of Early Childcare Education and on June 22, 2024, she received a Humanitarian Award and a Honorary Doctorate Degree at Moore House College from the Global International Alliance for the work that she has done as a Business Owner and an Author.   

Along with being a Center Owner, Mrs. Morgan is a Author and a Business Mentor. She is a woman of Faith and she loves to inspire other business owners to build a successful business by faith. Mr. Morgan is the Vice President/ Co-Owner of Learning Days. Mr. Morgan has completed countless training hours including, transportation, Safe Serve, CPR & First aid along with attending a wealth of leadership trainings. As Learning Days grew in St.Louis, Mr. Morgan retired from his remodeling business of over 20 years and in 2014, He and Mrs. Morgan decided to build Learning Days together.

You will find Mr. Morgan doing repairs around the facility daily or talking with staff or parents. Some of the parents have given Mr. Morgan the  nickname, "Mr. Fix it," becauses he is always fixing something around the building. Also, if you hear some of the children call Mr. Morgan "Papa" it is only because Mr. and Mrs. Morgan have grandchildren enrolled in the center.
